Michele Finey grew up in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney and was greatly influenced in her thinking by her Piscean grandfather, bohemian artist, George Finey. Interested in the planets from an early age, Michele is primarily a self-taught astrologer and also studied with both Alan Johnston and the Melbourne School of Astrology. Michele holds three Diploma qualifications, one each in Astrology, Clinical Hypnosis and Arts (Professional Writing and Editing).

Dennis Flaherty is one of the few Westerners who is practiced and certified in both Vedic and Western Astrology, having been certified through Professional Astrologers Inc. and he has been the recipient of the Jyotish Kovid and Jyotish Vachaspati awarded by Dr. B.V. Jodie has maintained a busy local and national practice as an astrological counselor, teacher and writer since 1983, when she joined forces with her husband, fellow astrologer Steven Forrest.  They travel widely to lecture on astrological topics, and co-authored the 1989 Bantam book Skymates: The Astrology of Love, Sex, and Intimacy (ACS rpt, 1992.  Now out of print.  A revised and expanded version will be published by Seven Paws Press in 2001-2002).  Jodie has written for magazines and newspapers, published poetry, and her articles have appeared in all the major astrological journals.   With Steven, she wrote the text for a pair of relationship reports, The Sky We Share and The Single Sky, a joint project with Alphee Lavoi's AIR software.  Jodie also manages the Forrest's website.  Jodie is also a historical fantasy novelist and has authored The Rhymer and the Ravens: The book of Fate, The Elves' Prophecy: the Book of Being, and The Bridge: The Book of Necessity all from Seven Paws Press which she founded in 1995.  Although Jodie continues to work with her former and current clients, her full schedule will not allow her to take new clients with the exception of clients who need Electional, Horary or rectification work done.  Link into her website above for details and more information.
